Our Master in Statistics is a 2 year master program at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
This is just a brief outline of the technicalities concerning international applicants. Since the program is taught in German most resources are in German only.

A bachelor degree in mathematics and statistics is sufficient to start studying this program. Alternatively a bachelor degree from a program with emphasis on statistical methodology may suffice. In the latter case a consultation is mandatory.
A basic knowledge of the German language is required, proven by one of the following language certificates: DSH (level 2) or TestDaF (level 4). If you have DSH level 1 or TestDaF level 3 only, you may be admitted, too, but you will have to take additional language courses in German.

When must I Submit my Application?
For the winter semester (WS): by 15 July
For the summer semester (SS): by 15 January
These deadlines are valid for all foreign citizens (expect foreign nationals educated in the German school system and EU/EEA citizens) even if you completed your Bachelor's degree in Germany. Incomplete applications or applications sent after the deadline will be rejected without any further consideration.
